We learn to use our breath as a foci, or anchor to maintain or regain our attention, while applying a non-judgemental and compassionate awareness to our experience.
Being mindful is a natural human ability, however, in order to truly harness its benefits we must intentionally and regularly practice. Here at Mindfulness For Children we believe that the best way to do that is to teach children all about mindfulness at a young age, through integrating mindfulness practice into enjoyable educational programs.
